After a successful career in Sales & Marketing, with BestAssets, Ross took his entrepreneurial leap of faith and started a business coaching and consulting firm. Focused on small to mid-size companies and process management, Ross helped dozens of small business teams simplify their process and achieve success.

With several years of entrepreneurial coaching behind him, Ross saw opportunity and invested in a multi-location fitness franchise. His combination of sales & marketing expertise and entrepreneurial coaching allowed him to pave a simple and holistic business model; a foundation for success. In 3 years, Ross grew and scaled the company and increased the market space by 60%. Ross attracted many investors and ultimately made the decision to sell the enterprise .

A third generation entrepreneur, Ross has experience in all facets of entrepreneurial business leadership from coaching and consulting, to ownership and being in the trenches building his own corporation. When Ross was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) he quickly recognized that he had been self-implementing in his own company and helping others implement for years. Thus, the decision was clear and simple and Ross sought an opportunity to continue that journey and become an EOS Implementer.

When Ross isn’t working with leadership teams he officiates NCAA hockey games and enjoys spending time with his wife in their Ft. Myers home.
